Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use C-Suite Chemistry.
Membership Model
Applying to C-Suite Chemistry™ is free, and no credit card is required to register, apply, or become verified. Your 60 days of complimentary Founding Member access begin with your first mutual match. During the 60 complimentary Founding Member days, members may complete the C-Suite Chemistry™ Compatibility Test, browse verified member profiles, view compatibility ratings, show unlimited interest, receive mutual matches, message their mutual matches, use Tonight's Chemistry™, and access all standard platform features — all unlimited. No credit card is required, there is no contract, and there is no automatic billing.
No Automatic Billing
No one is automatically charged. No credit card is required and no payment method is collected during the 60 complimentary Founding Member days. After the 60 complimentary days, a member may voluntarily choose to continue their membership for $49.99 per month by entering a payment method and clearly agreeing to the recurring subscription. A Mutual Chemistry match never triggers a charge. Your 60 complimentary Founding Member days have ended. You can choose whether to continue your C-Suite Chemistry™ membership. No one is automatically charged. Your account, profile, matches, and message history are preserved.
Membership Price
After your 60 complimentary Founding Member days, you may continue your membership for $49.99 per month. For our first 100 founding members, 60 days of complimentary access to C-Suite Chemistry™ begin with your first mutual match — unlimited matching and messaging, five Message Coach questions per 30 days, and all standard platform features. No credit card required. No contract. No automatic billing. LinkedIn profile required for review. After 60 days, choose whether to continue; you will not be automatically charged. The $49.99/month membership is not a single match — it includes unlimited matchmaking access.
Cancellation
You can cancel your C-Suite Chemistry™ membership at any time. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts previously paid.
No-Refund Policy
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, payments made to C-Suite Chemistry™ are final and non-refundable once charged.
- C-Suite Chemistry™ Membership — $49.99/month (Founding Member): Membership fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts previously paid.
C-Suite Chemistry™ does not attempt to prevent legally required refunds, valid payment reversals, or rights that cannot legally be waived. Exceptional refund requests are reviewed by C-Suite Chemistry™ on a case-by-case basis.
Verification & Conduct
Membership is by application only and subject to approval. Every C-Suite Chemistry™ profile is individually reviewed before approval. We review professional identity, LinkedIn presence, profile information, photos, and overall profile consistency. Additional verification may be requested when appropriate. Our goal is to maintain a high-quality community of genuine, accomplished professionals while keeping the application process simple and respectful of your privacy. C-Suite Chemistry™ does not independently conduct criminal, employment, education, financial, or comprehensive background checks. Intentionally misrepresenting your relationship status or identity may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
Community Standards
Keep it respectful and mutual. Flirting and adult conversations are welcome when both people are comfortable. Please respect each member’s boundaries and do not send unwanted explicit content. Harassment, threats, and repeated unwanted contact are never acceptable. Members may block or report anyone at any time.
Automated content detection only flags content for admin review. No member is permanently banned based solely on an automated detection result.
No-Ghosting Standard
Be considerate, respect boundaries, and communicate honestly. If a connection is not right for you, you can close it respectfully.
Blocking or reporting a member closes the connection immediately without penalty, and no response is required when a member feels unsafe or receives inappropriate communication.
